Long lifespan

This starts with the 2mm wall thickness in scaffolding, which ensures extra strength and stability. But that is not all. The platforms are equipped with diagonal reinforcement points, making them able to withstand the toughest challenges. Thus, we ensure a longer service life, resulting in lower resource consumption and less environmental impact!
The power of the sun
On the factory roof, the sun shines on panels that provide 100% clean solar energy to the production line. But it goes beyond that. Smart battery systems are deployed to absorb peaks in energy consumption and distribute the abundant energy evenly. This signifies more than just a minimal decrease in carbon emissions; starting from 2024, our production will be entirely carbon-neutral. In this way all Wixor products are produced with respect to the environment.
Recycling of aluminium
Our commitment to sustainability does not stop at production but extends to the end of the life cycle of our products. All broken and unusable products that are returned are recycled. This not only results in energy savings of as much as 95% compared to new production, but also reduces the need to mine new raw materials.
