Wing Maintenance Platform
The Wing Maintenance Platform is designed to provide safe and efficient access to both the upper and lower parts of aircraft wings. Compliant with ten jack-on wheel requirements, it is suitable for Airbus A330 / A340 / A350 and Boeing B777 / B787 models. The platform can be built from a lightweight aluminum body or a scaffolding system on an iron chassis, and its modular design allows it to be used alone or combined with other platforms for maximum flexibility.
Each platform section can be height-adjustable via screw jack or electric motor, or manufactured as fixed, with electric hoists equipped with movement limiters for safety. The surface can be made from non-slip 20 mm plywood or full aluminum, and all contact points are protected with non-marking silicone bumpers, ensuring both operator safety and aircraft protection.
